What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a profound state of deep
relaxation that you allow yourself to enter. Whilst in
this state, the therapist can work with you to make positive,
beneficial suggestions to help eliminate unwanted cravings and
habits. You remain completely in control and can choose to
come out of hypnosis at any time.
During hypnosis the you may well
experience heightened senses and improved memory, but the control
you have will prevent you from doing anything you disagree with.
Most people find hypnosis extremely pleasant, calming and relaxing,
feelings which often continue well after the treatment has
finished.
